The original building is located on a corner and enjoys leafy views toward the harbour. The owners wanted to retain the old-world charm of the existing building and create a welcoming and open home to relax, entertain, work.
Two neighbouring apartments were joined to form a single home consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry, study, library and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room.
The renovation was a total make-over including re-designing the existing bathrooms, installing new engineered oak floors throughout, reinstating original plaster cornices and timber skirtings, and providing new bespoke joinery throughout – to create a tailor-made home combining the best of old and new.
